What is coaching?

Coaching is an interactive support process on your way to achieve your intended goals in your private and professional life. Starting with determining a vision and drafting a plan, coaching focuses on problem solving and is very results-orientated. Its aim is to improve quality of life by using effective tools for personal change.

The essence of coaching is to help the person using it to achieve the change he or she desires and to strive where he or she wants to strive by using his or her full potential.
